I'm at 19.5.

I have 6 words for you as far as worrying about weight gain. Put down the Dr Luke book. That woman is crazy when it comes to weight gain.

I'm measuring 32 weeks, and I'm only 26 weeks.. and i havne't gained as much weight as Dr Luke says I should. Eat as much as you can, get your protein, and don't worry about anything else.. Oh yeah, and TAKE your vitamins and extra folic acid.. And don't worry abtou weight gain.. :)Gabbyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00664784477668549208noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6966847528840314277.post-66898107194457171592010-01-19T21:24:37.166-08:002010-01-19T21:24:37.166-08:00If I could I would be more than happy to give you ...If I could I would be more than happy to give you some of my excess weight. Sorry, that's probably not what you want to hear. Like babyinterupted, I'm no help on the weight gain. I'm a little over where I would like to be and still have 3 weeks left! Now, I'm just wondering how long it will take me to get it all off. :-)Amberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16569347476683189045noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6966847528840314277.post-91809336142259870512010-01-19T16:05:31.050-08:002010-01-19T16:05:31.050-08:00I've read Dr. Luke as well - I'm expecting...I've read Dr. Luke as well - I'm expecting twins and am still down 8 lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight. I feel like I'm eating constantly but the nausea and food aversions don't help. My doc says it's ok if it's before 18-20 weeks but that it's critical to gain past that point. I'm with ya though - it really makes me nervous to be starting with a negative number...Katehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13876304376958575270noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6966847528840314277.post-16350384745588229422010-01-19T14:20:43.895-08:002010-01-19T14:20:43.895-08:00Well, I can't help with advice on the weight g...Well, I can't help with advice on the weight gain piece (here's my only thought: eat more chocolate!) but I'm glad to hear you're doing well. Good luck with the house hunt!babyinterruptedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09691284568281459525noreply@blogger.com
